For 13 years I have been privileged to serve clients in the Pacific Northwest. I started in real estate in 2009 and opened Green State Realty LLC in 2012.

During 2022–2023 Karin and I took a one-year sabbatical. We bought a sailboat and lived in the San Juan Islands (Anacortes). We enjoyed the time so much we decided to just keep going! So, for the time being my firm is closed.
